Cran-nana Cookies

I like to try new recipes that taste yummy and are good for you. Where I work, we try to make things as healthy as possible and as naturally as possible, using basic and unprocessed  ingredients. I came across this recipe from My Healthy Steps which helps people with great tasting healthy foods, but also teaching people how to use correct portions. Try this recipe for a delicious cookie and let us know how yours turned out.

Cran-nana Cookies

Preheat own to 350 degrees. In a large bow, mash 3 ripe bananas. Stir in 2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup chopped craisins, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 Tbsp honey, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 
Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop even spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let cool and serve.
